During my year at Tile Innovations from 2019 to 2020, I gained hands-on experience in the construction and remodeling industry, with a strong focus on bathroom renovations. My role primarily involved detailed prep work to ensure precise, high-quality tile installations. I worked closely with skilled installers to support efficient project execution and maintain the company's reputation for craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Initially hired as a cashier, I was quickly promoted to a front end lead to effectively help out the flow of the department. During this time, when I wasn't working I focused my time and energy doing online courses in design, coding and programming to help me with my future career.

This job allowed me to develop my career into something bigger. Starting out as a graphic designer. I toned my skills to quickly moved into Web Development. This position has allowed me to really develop a lot of great skills such as time management, attention to detail, and a strong ability to translate complex ideas, into real life.
